Delivery Policy

We deliver to the Klang Valley area only.

Our delivery fee will be RM10 per order. When your order is RM150 and above, it will be free of delivery.

Delivering our products requires rapid cooperation between us and you to ensure our product quality.

Kindly take note that you are not able to modify your order after the cut-off date and no last-minute cancellation upon confirmation of purchase. All orders confirmation are non-refundable or transferable. Please contact us if you have any issue with your order and you need to change your order before the cut-off date.

Please be informed that specific delivery time requests will not be entertained. Though we try our best to provide you an estimated arrival time upon request, the actual delivery time can be affected by external factors such as traffic conditions. To avoid any delay of delivery, we advise you to ensure availability to receive your orders, or provide alternatives (e.g. leave at guard house / neighbour receive on behalf) at your own risk.

We are unable to accommodate requests for time-specific deliveries to ensure fairness to all our customers and maintain efficiency in our operations. We will call you before we head to your house. All delivery to condominium/apartment, as we are not allowed to access your units, our driver will wait at Lobby.

Orders are delivered ONCE. If there is no one to receive your order, the order will be returned to Mimi Fish Ball and a notice will be sent to a customer that Mimi Fish Ball's driver has tried to deliver. Customer is responsible for bearing any delivery cost for a second delivery attempt.

In the event of a failed delivery attempt due to a logistics issue, a new delivery date will be assigned, or you may choose to cancel the order for a full refund.

Change Delivery Address

Should there be a need to update your delivery address, kindly inform us at least 3 days before delivery date.

Any address change later than that will result in postponement of delivery up to 7 days.

Please be informed that only one delivery address is accepted per order, there is strictly no flexibility in changing delivery address on the day according to delivery time. For example, requests such as “Please deliver to home address if delivered after office hours” will not be entertained.

Missing / Damaged / Wrong Item Received

If there have item missing / damaged or wrong item received, kindly contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide a photo of the following:

  • the paper invoice that attached to your order, and
  • the item(s) received
Our customer service will assist you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
